2006年11月21日至23日，中國人權協會理事長李永然應大陸中國人權研究會之邀，赴北京參加「尊重和促進人權與建設和諧世界」國際研討會(International Symposium on Respecting and Promoting Human Rights and Constructing the Harmonious World)，與來自伊朗、烏克蘭、美國、瑞士、日本、韓國、香港、澳門等百餘位學者，針對人權問題進行研討交流。蔡幸桑
